An LPN confirmed the temperature was 50 degrees Fahrenheit and stated she would call maintenance because the refrigerator was not working properly. The refrigerator log for that unit documented 40 degrees Fahrenheit. In the 1 North Unit Floor Pantry, the refrigerator was also observed at 50 degrees Fahrenheit with resident food items inside labeled with residents’ names, room numbers, and dates placed in the refrigerator. An RN supervisor confirmed the temperature was 50 degrees Fahrenheit, while the refrigerator log for that unit documented 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
