The Administrator stated fire watch had been in place since 1/23/2026 and that after-hours fire watch was being done by a security company next door. The security office stated its guards were providing hourly fire watch on the patient floors in the evenings and also had other duties. The Regional Maintenance Director confirmed the fire alarm control panel was red tagged and had previously been red tagged on 1/23/2026 due to a ground fault on the door and a relay disconnect with the fire doors on the second floor. He stated the facility had been conducting fire watches since that time and that all residents could be affected if the fire alarm system failed during an emergency.
