Summary
The facility failed to provide the required Registered Nurse (RN) coverage for at least eight consecutive hours per day, seven days a week, as mandated. According to interviews with the Administrator and the Director of Nursing (DON), the DON was the only RN employed and present in the building, and there were no other RNs scheduled or working during the reviewed period.
