Summary
The facility failed to provide Registered Nurse (RN) coverage for at least eight consecutive hours per day as required, with documented lapses on multiple dates. Review of the facility's Daily Staff Posting from 05/01/24 through 07/30/24 showed that on nine specific dates, there was no evidence of the required RN coverage.
