Dietary Aide 3 did not follow the facility's cleaning procedure for food preparation surfaces and stationary equipment, using only sanitizer without rinsing off detergent, which could lead to cross-contamination. Additionally, two kitchen staff members did not document the cooling process for boiled eggs and tuna salad, which is essential to prevent foodborne illness by ensuring food is cooled quickly to minimize bacterial growth.
