S5IPSDC confirmed wound care responsibilities had recently been assigned to floor nurses after the wound care nurse position was eliminated, and S2IDON confirmed nursing staff were not provided education or training in wound care management and that the facility had no competency assessments or evaluations for S7LPN, S8LPN, S9LPN, and S10LPN to provide wound care.
