She also stated there were as many staff working and scheduled on the weekend as there were on weekdays. The facility’s PBJ policy dated 02/05/25 stated it was the policy to electronically submit timely, complete, and accurate direct care staffing information, including agency and contract staff, based on payroll and other verifiable and auditable data in a uniform format according to CMS specifications.
