The Infection Preventionist/Staff Educator also confirmed there was no staff roster check-off available to verify that all staff had completed the offered education. Review of employee files showed that GNA #48, hired on 6/5/24, did not have compliance and ethics training documented, and HH/FT #50, hired on 12/21/23, also lacked compliance and ethics training documentation. The Infection Preventionist/Staff Educator further confirmed that the Relias onboarding training provided to staff did not include compliance and ethics training, and she acknowledged that there was inconsistency in module completion and that she could not verify that all assigned modules were completed timely.
