Nurse Consultant 1 stated she contacted iQIES and was told it was the facility's responsibility to ensure the PBJ was transmitted and submitted, and she acknowledged that although the HR Director, VP of Operations, and she met to finalize the 4th quarter PBJ before it was due, she did not check to confirm the submission went through.
