During an interview, the administrator confirmed they were unable to provide proof that an RN was on duty for the required hours on those dates. This deficient practice was cited under the requirement to have a registered nurse on duty 8 hours a day and to have a registered nurse serving as the full-time director of nursing, and was determined to potentially affect all residents in the facility by likely resulting in residents not receiving the services they require.
