Review of the resident’s clinical record did not show any documentation that non-pharmacological interventions were attempted before giving the PRN Ativan on these dates. In an interview on January 30, 2026, at 10:50 a.m., the Nursing Home Administrator and Director of Nursing confirmed that no non-pharmacological interventions were attempted prior to the administration of the PRN Ativan, corroborating the lack of evidence in the clinical record.
