Summary
The facility failed to obtain laboratory test results for one resident who was ordered to have a urine specimen collected for urinalysis (UA) and culture and sensitivity (C&S). A nurse received a verbal order from the resident's medical provider to collect the specimen, and the specimen was collected the following day. However, there was no documented evidence that the facility obtained the results of the UA and C&S from the collected specimen.
