Summary
The facility failed to properly contain garbage and refuse in one of three dumpsters, specifically dumpster B, and did not maintain the outside dumpster area in a sanitary and orderly condition. During an observation with the Dietary Manager, the area around the dumpsters was found to have cardboard, multiple gloves, and plastic eating utensils scattered on the ground.
