Specifically, on 8/26/2025, the posted information was dated 8/25/2025, and on 8/27/2025, the posted information was dated 8/26/2025. During interviews, the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), who was responsible for posting the staffing information, confirmed that the postings were not current and acknowledged that the information should be updated first thing in the morning. No specific residents or patient conditions were mentioned in relation to this deficiency. These findings were based on direct observations and staff interviews, confirming that the facility did not comply with the requirement to post accurate daily nurse staffing information.
