Summary
During a facility tour, it was observed that the ice machines in the kitchen area had drain pipes running along the floor to a drain, and the ice machine in the nutrition room lacked the required air gap on its drain. The drain pipes were found to be touching the drains, which does not comply with professional standards for food safety. The Maintenance Director confirmed that the drain pipes and tubing should not be in contact with the drains and acknowledged the issue during the tour.
