Summary
A deficiency was identified when an unlocked treatment cart was observed on the Maple Hallway, positioned against a wall outside a resident's room. Upon inspection, multiple tubes of creams were found inside the cart's drawers. The cart remained unattended for five minutes, during which time two residents were seen moving independently in the hallway. No staff member was present to supervise the cart during this period.
