Summary

During a resident council group interview, all seven residents present reported that mail was not delivered or made available on Saturdays. Further interviews with the Nursing Home Administrator and DON confirmed that, although mail was delivered to the facility Mondays through Saturdays, the business office only distributed mail during their scheduled work hours, resulting in residents not receiving mail services on Saturdays.
