Summary
The facility failed to ensure that residents who required assistance with activities of daily living received scheduled bathing. Record review and interviews revealed that two residents missed all scheduled showers over a six-day period, despite both being cognitively intact and having medical conditions such as epilepsy, morbid obesity, hemiplegia, and hemiparesis following a cerebral infarction.
