Summary
During an environmental tour conducted with the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Assistant, surveyors observed that multiple resident rooms did not meet the regulatory requirement of providing at least 80 square feet per resident in shared rooms. Specifically, rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 were found to have less than the required square footage per resident. Despite these findings, it was noted that residents had reasonable privacy, adequate storage, accessible toilet facilities, and sufficient space for nursing care and ambulation.
