Summary
During an inspection of the facility's garbage disposal area, surveyors observed that the outdoor trash dumpster located by the parking lot was overflowing with trash and its lid was not completely closed. The Dietary Manager confirmed during the inspection that the dumpster should not be overflowing and that the lid should be fully closed to prevent attracting pests.
