A review of the facility's waiver request letter indicated that there were no reported problems with resident safety or physical accommodation of needs, including accessibility for handicapped equipment, in these rooms. Specific measurements showed that each of the identified rooms, all housing three residents, provided less than the minimum required 240 square feet, with room sizes ranging from 216 to 231.24 square feet.
