Summary

The facility failed to ensure that all residents received meals at regular times comparable to normal mealtimes in the community. On the observed lunch meal, the facility ran out of prepared food, resulting in a delay of 45 minutes for 19 residents who did not receive their meals at the scheduled time. Staff reported running out of food and needing to prepare additional servings, with the Corporate Director of Operations stepping in to direct meal preparation.
