During a tour and observation conducted at 9:30 a.m., no staffing data sheets were observed to be posted. An interview with the Director of Nursing (DON) confirmed that she was responsible for posting the staffing data and acknowledged that the information was not posted on the day of the survey. The facility's policy specifies that staffing information, including the facility name, current date, total number and actual hours worked, and resident census, should be posted at the beginning of each shift. This deficiency had the potential to affect all 56 residents in the facility.
