The Director of Nursing (DON) confirmed the absence of this information and acknowledged that the responsibility for posting the census lies with the midnight staff, which is primarily composed of agency staff. Despite reminders and postings to ensure compliance, the required information was not consistently recorded. The facility's Resident Bed List Report indicated that 45 residents were residing in the facility at the time of the survey.
