The facility again failed to provide a bed hold notice, as confirmed by both the resident and staff members. The absence of documentation and awareness among staff about the bed hold policy further highlighted the facility's failure to adhere to its procedures, thereby placing R6 at risk of not being able to return to the facility and resume residence in the same room.
