Although the facility's Daily Midnight Census sheet indicated that none of the rooms currently had more than one resident, the Administrator noted that this could change at any time. Despite the space limitations, observations and measurements during the survey determined that adequate space exists to meet the medical and personal needs of the residents living in these waivered rooms. Additionally, Resident Council Minutes from the past six months showed no concerns related to the size of the rooms included in the waiver.
