During an observation with the Executive Director, Resident 14 confirmed that the privacy curtain had been missing for an extended period. Similarly, Resident 43, with an anoxic brain injury, and Resident 53, who had moderately impaired cognition due to diabetes, shared a room where the privacy curtain was absent on the doorway side of Resident 53's bed.
