Record review of the facility's staffing sheets for May 2024 indicated there were no documented staffing sheets on May 17th, 18th, and 19th. The facility's Nurse Staffing Posting Information policy, dated October 24, 2022, stated that nurse staffing information should be made readily available in a readable format to residents and visitors at any given time and that the Nurse Staffing Sheet should be posted daily at the beginning of each shift. The Administrator was unaware that the staffing sheets were not being posted on weekends and expected the staffing to be posted daily to assure residents and family members of adequate staffing.
