Summary

The facility census was 66. During interviews, a Nurse Aide (NA) and a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) both reported not receiving any abuse and neglect training at the facility. Another Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) mentioned having received such training. The Administrator, who had been in the role since March, acknowledged that no abuse and neglect training had been conducted during their tenure and could not locate any inservice sheets from previous training sessions. The Business Office Manager also could not find any documentation of the required training.
