The Assistant Nursing Home Administrator confirmed that the bed hold policy was not provided for these transfers. The Nursing Home Administrator indicated that it is expected for nurses to provide a copy of the facility's bed hold policy and transfer form when a resident is transferred to the hospital. However, this expectation was not met in these cases, leading to the deficiency.
