Resident #58, who has heart failure and stage three chronic kidney disease, received lunch with potatoes that were dark brown and hard, and green beans that were unseasoned. Similar complaints were made by Resident #36, who has orthostatic hypotension and a history of malignant neoplasm of the kidney, and Resident #37, who has malignant neoplasm of the right breast and type two diabetes mellitus.
