In the refrigerator, sliced onions were not sealed and had a use-by date of 4/6/26, slaw had no opened date, and Roseli imported Parmesan cheese was opened with a sticker stating it must be used by the end of the day 4/6/26. In the freezer, there was a bag of opened carrots with no open or use-by date, diced onions that were not labeled and had no open or use-by date, a cheese pizza in a plastic bag that was not labeled and had no open or use-by date, bagels that were not labeled or dated, and opened chicken breasts that were not labeled or dated. The kitchen staff member confirmed the items and stated, "I don't know when it was opened," referring to the chicken, and removed the items from the freezer.
