Failure to Notify Responsible Party Before Room Change
Summary
The facility failed to provide written notice to a resident's responsible party before changing the resident's room. The resident had diagnoses of Alzheimer's disease and dementia and lived on the secured nursing unit for residents with dementia-type diagnoses.
