Summary
A deficiency was identified regarding the facility's failure to provide appropriate care to maintain and/or improve a resident's range of motion (ROM), limited ROM, and/or mobility. The facility did not ensure that care and services were provided to prevent a decline in the resident's ROM or mobility, except in cases where such decline was due to a documented medical reason.
