Summary

The facility failed to check and document the refrigerator temperature for one of five kitchen refrigerators during the evening shift for two consecutive days. During an initial kitchen walkthrough, it was observed that the temperature log for refrigerator #10 was missing PM temperature readings and staff initials for two specific days.
