Summary

The facility failed to ensure that food was served at a palatable temperature, as evidenced by an observation of a meal tray on the 200 Unit where the carrots measured 115 degrees F. According to the Dietary Manager, the expected holding temperature on the steam table should be 145 degrees F or higher.
