Summary
The facility failed to maintain hazardous area enclosures, as evidenced by an observation on April 8, 2025. During the inspection, it was noted that the door to a storage room containing combustible materials in Central Supply had been removed due to repair issues and had not been replaced. This deficiency affected one of the seven smoke compartments in the facility.
